The home is built indoors, so materials are not out in the weather.

We were able to take one of your house plans and modify it.

The materials used must be stronger than most to withstand the rigors of transport

Workers don’t get travel time so significant savings here.

Much of the interior is at a ready to move-in stage when the house is delivered. Kitchen cabinets, bathroom, laundry room, fire place, lights, etc

As I sit in the dining room answering your e-mail I am looking south over the hayfield at a group of mule deer and to the East a cow and calf moose are grazing in a small regrowth hayfield.
